Kelly Culver
dr Kelly Culver, DBA, CMC, calC, FRSA is passionate about building resilience in companies and countries
Now that you’re here, a bit more about me:
I am a global leader, founder and director, entrepreneur, strategist, and executive coach. I’m the CEO and founder of The Culver Group Inc and iIMPACT uIMPACT Innovation Foundation. Both my company and foundation are purpose-led organisations that do business while doing good. My career has taken me on adventures around the world, helping CEOs and global leaders in companies and countries build resilience to strategically navigate rapidly changing business environments and generate innovative and purposeful solutions to global challenges.
I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, internationally recognised for my leadership in public sector transformation, economic growth and social development in small developing states and Commonwealth countries.
I have a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Paris School of Business, focusing on strategic resilience for sustainable impact in global monetary and financial dynamics. In fact, I have the only PhD in strategic resilience in the world (so far!).
I also have a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) professional designation, achieving the prestigious Honours Roll Top 10 in Canada in 2008. CMC is an international certification mark, recognised in 43 countries. It represents the highest standards of consulting and adherence to the ethical canons of the profession. Less than 1% of all consultants have achieved this level of performance world-wide, and as you can see, I’ve been doing this a long time and I take this very seriously. I’m a certified leadership coach and hold certifications in mediation (Western University) and negotiation (Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto).
