Kelly also serves on the WIAL Caribbean Advisory Board. WIAL Caribbean has selected a diverse group of senior professionals to form its 2016-2017 Advisory Board. The Board will advise on governance, legal, financial and risk issues as well as provide guidance on strategic direction. While the organization will be seeking to expand its reach and services during 2016-2017, it must also focus on governance and legal considerations, particularly as it will be operating across several countries simultaneously.
